Minimum SPends
If you would like to hire the whole venue for your event, we require a minimum spend to be agreed. We take 50% of the agreed amount as a deposit. During your event, every purchase your guests make counts toward the goal. If your final total falls short of the agreed minimum, you are responsible for paying the difference, and your upfront deposit is used to help cover that shortfall to ensure the venue reaches its target. However, if your group meets or exceeds the minimum spend, your deposit is either deducted from your final bill or refunded to you, meaning you (and/or your guests) only pay for exactly what was ordered.
